Safety, Weather, and Trip Policies

Here at Up The Limit it is our policy to cancel any charter if we feel the weather conditions are not best for your safety. You have the option to reschedule your charter if sea conditions are 4′-5′ especially if women and children are part of the charter. We check weather conditions several times a day and if there is a definite front coming through where we feel the charter would not be safe, we will call you in advance to save you driving time.

However sometimes it is questionable and we may need to cancel at the dock, if this happens we can/could do an inshore trip so that you don’t make the trip for no reason! We will take every precaution to let you know in advance so you will not lose your deposit on accommodations as soon as we can.
